Acceptance of terms
By accessing emdash or using our cloud product, you agree to these terms. If you are using emdash on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf.
Open-source license
The emdash core is released under the MIT license. You are free to use, modify, and distribute it under that license. These Terms of Service apply to our hosted services and website, not to your use of the open-source code.
Whitelist access
Sign-in and paid plans are currently available on a whitelist basis during private access. Joining the whitelist does not guarantee access, and we may grant or revoke access at our discretion.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, or use it to violate the rights of others.
Disclaimer
emdash is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Agents act on your instructions; you are responsible for reviewing and merging their output.
