Information we collect
When you join the whitelist or contact us, we collect the email address and any details you provide. When you use the cloud product, we collect account and usage information needed to operate the service.
The open-source, self-hosted version runs entirely on your own infrastructure. We do not collect data from self-hosted installations.
How we use information
We use your information to provide and improve emdash, to respond to your requests, and to send product updates you have asked for. We do not sell your personal information.
Your code and repositories
emdash operates on Git worktrees. For self-hosted installs, your code never leaves your environment. For the cloud product, repository contents are processed only to run the agents you initiate and are isolated per workspace.
Data retention
We retain account information for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
